MahabachatGat.in is a multi-vendor marketplace committed to customer satisfaction and fair trade practices. This policy outlines the terms under which products may be returned, replaced, or refunded.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return or replacement within 5 calendar days of delivery. After this period, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- All tags, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
Do not send items directly to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through MahabachatGat.in’s return system.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards and downloadable software
- Health and personal care items marked non-returnable
- Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page
4. Return Process
- Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
- Select the item and click Request Return/Replacement.
- Provide a valid reason and upload supporting images (if applicable).
- Once approved, ship the item via courier within 5 days to the address provided in the return confirmation.
Note: Courier charges may be reimbursed if the return is due to seller error.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items.

6. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- You’ll receive an email confirming receipt and refund approval/rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as MahabachatGat Wallet credit, based on your preference.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company and bank (processing times may vary).

8. Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
- Once received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them.
9. Shipping Returns
To return your product, ship it to:
